General Information for Swimming Lessons
Registration:
Registration for all classes must be made and all fees paid at the pool office before the class begins.
Cancellations:
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment, schedule changes, mechanical break-downs or the weather. Make-up classes will be held when possible.
Refunds:
Refunds will be granted is requested before the program starts. After the class has begun, requests received for any other reason medical will not be honored. Those with a medical excuse should direct the request to the Aquatic Director.
Spectators:
Spectators are not allowed in the pool area during lessons unless enrolled in a Parent/Tot class. Those with questions may speak with the instructor before or after the class.
Swimming Instructors are American Red Cross WSI’S, (Water Safety Instructors), with their goal being to teach people to swim and to help them be safe when they are in, on or around the water.
