Aquasize Classes offered at the Wilton Pool

Firm muscles, increase flexibility, lose inches and most of all, by having FUN!

Regular water exercise can improve all five components of physical fitness: aerobic fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition .Each of these components plays a vital role in the body’s health.
 
The Wilton pool offers a variety of times for  Aquasize classes. All classes include a 45 min., choreographed, routine, followed by use of the sauna and whirlpool room.
 
Mornings: Mon., Tues., Wed. and Fri.                       7:30-8:15am
 
Afternoons: Tues. and Thurs.                                    4:00-4:45
 
NEW Evening Session: Tues and Thurs.                   7:35-8:20pm (This evening session will run from Thurs. Oct. 13-Nov. 19. Meeting 12 x. pre-registration & pre-pay required to attend this session.)
